1 cup sugar
1 1/2 cup flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/3 cup cocoa
1/2 cup apple sauce
1 cup cold water
2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp vinegar
place all ingredients, minus the vinegar, in a bowl. mix well. add vinegar and combine. bake at 375 degrees for about 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
